Give up

I've been using a multi-im client ever since I started using both ICQ and MSN, in order to minimize memory consumption. This multi-im client is called Miranda-im. However, this client's msn module has some problems concerning sending messages and files. So i switched to Trillian and see if it's better. This time I'm disappointed by it's buggy icq integration...

Finally I gave up and downloaded Windows Live Messenger, and it works perfectly well. But the memory usage is 50MB, comparing with Miranda-im's 5MB and Trillian's 8MB, it's huge! It's also 2 times more than Icq 2003 Pro's 16MB.

Is there a workable multi-im client available??
